In addition to the same functionality found in the web version of LevelUp Reader, the app includes enhancements that provide an extra layer of flexibility for students. These enhancements are described below.

Students can download books and read them without an Internet connection. The app will alert them when they are offline, but they will still have access to all the books they’ve downloaded on the new My Downloads tab of the My Favorites page:

To download a book, tap the icon below a book’s cover on the bookshelf, or tap “Download” in the menu that opens when you tap in the upper left-hand corner of an open book. To open a downloaded book, tap My Favorites in the toolbar or

The app duplicates the web version of LevelUp Reader to help provide a seamless experience for users. Students have access to their personalized bookshelf and a robust search feature for discovering books, their My Favorites and My Report pages, and LevelUp Land. Students can complete their usual assessments, quizzes, and running record assignments in the app as well.

Students can switch between the LevelUp Reader web version and the app with the assurance that their reading progress, quiz progress, earned stars, saved books, LevelUp Land purchases, and other user data syncs between devices.
